Wonderplast Wall Putty

Wonderplast is a superb quality white cement based superfine wall putty.It is made of fine polymers & imported ingredients which enhances its performance & quality.

An acrylic based Interior/exterior smooth wall putty.This putty gives strong grip on the wall.May be applied on masonry, concrete, plaster, & gypsum to fill the unevenness & dents on the surface.

Actual Spreading may vary depending on substrate condition, number of coats & application method. RECOMMENDED (DFT): 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm depending on the surface roughness Or generally 2 ~ 3 coats are recommended. DRYING TIME @ 30 Deg. C: Temperature, Humidity, Air Movement Film Thickness and number of coats all affects.

SHELF LIFE:

3 months minimum in Original sealed bags, with proper storage conditions.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Any Previous growth of Fungus, Algae or Moss needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. On fungus affected areas apply a coat of 'Bio Wash' Solution. Allow it to dry for 4 - 6 hrs. & then wash with water.

DIRECTION FOR USE

• For Freshly Plastered Surface, Apply 1 coat of Water Based / Solvent based Primer ( dilution as recommended ). Allow the primer to air dry ( as per recommended hours ) before application of Interior wall putty.
• Apply a coat of Wonderplast wall putty by putty knife. Add 3 ~ 5 % water depending on application requirement. Allow the putty to air dry for 16 ~ 18 hours.
• Level the surface by applying 2nd coat of Wonderplast wall putty by putty knife, allow the putty to dry for 16 ~ 18 hours.
• Sand the surface with emery paper no.320 to get smooth & dent free surface. Wipe & clean the surface.
• If necessary, apply one more coat of Interior wall putty & allow it to complete dry.
• Again apply 2nd coat of Water Based / Solvent based Primer ( dilution as recommended ). Allow the primer to air dry ( as per recommended hours ). Finally apply recommended Painting system.
